About Inside Out Impact Inc.
Inside Out Impact Inc. is a community-driven nonprofit organization committed to promoting wellness, empowerment, and sustainable impact across Long Island and beyond. Officially established in August 2025, Inside Out Impact Inc. was formed to expand the mission behind Inside Out Run Club and create structured, lasting change through health initiatives, community programming, education, and fundraising efforts.
What began as a movement rooted in accountability and connection has evolved into a registered nonprofit organization focused on:
- Advancing physical and mental wellness
- Creating inclusive community spaces
- Supporting underserved communities
- Hosting mission-driven events and fundraisers
- Developing long-term programs that create measurable impact

Inside Out Impact Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 39-3906232), officially incorporated in August 2025.
As a nonprofit organization:
- We operate for charitable and educational purposes
- Donations made to Inside Out Impact Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law
- All funds raised directly support our programs, events, and community initiatives
- We are governed by a Board of Directors committed to transparency, accountability, and impact
